TradieBridge works with Zapier through two triggers and one search. They read every system you connect, so one Zap can watch Simpro jobs, Xero invoices or Deputy timesheets.
What the Zapier app does
- New Record: starts a Zap the first time your copy holds a record of the kind you choose, such as a new job or invoice.
- Updated Record: starts a Zap each time a record of that kind changes, such as a job moving stage.
- Find Record: looks up a record by its ID in the source, or by words in its name, so a later step can use it.
Each Zap gets the whole record, as the source system sent it. Zapier reads with the same fields hidden as your AI assistant.
Zaps you can build
- Post each new Simpro job to a Slack channel.
- Add every new Xero invoice to a Google Sheet.
- Email the office manager when a quote is accepted.
- Find a customer by name, then add them to your mailing list.
