When does my 30% start?

From your client’s first payment, after their trial ends. If they cancel, payouts stop, and you keep what you’ve already earned.

Do I need to set anything up for my clients?

No. Clients sign up and connect their own systems in a few minutes. You’re welcome to help them if you already look after their setup.

You get your own code and link.
Your client gets a 30-day free trial. After that it’s A$49 + GST a month, or A$499 + GST a year.
You earn 30% for their first paid year. Paid out through Stripe as their payments come in.

Your client gets	A 30-day free trial on their first subscription, in place of 7 days
You earn	30% of what they pay, excluding GST, for 12 months from their first payment after the trial
On a monthly plan	A$14.70 a month per client, on their first 12 monthly payments
On a yearly plan	A$149.70 per client, once, on their first yearly payment
Paid through	Stripe Connect, into a Stripe Express account you set up with Stripe. Stripe holds your bank details, not us
Refunds and disputes	We take back the 30% paid on a payment we refund or the client disputes

Answers about invoices, pay and timesheets in plain English, whichever systems they use.
A backup of the systems they rely on, read only through official APIs, that they can export at any time.
