Terms of Service
Last updated 19 September 2026
These terms apply to TradieBridge, provided by TC Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 95 699 724 028) of 6 Lyster Street, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450, Australia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
The service
TradieBridge copies documents from a Simpro build the business connects, stores them as Simpro sent them, keeps the copy current while the API key works, and lets the business browse and export that copy. The business can also connect its own AI assistant to the copy. It is a backup and an access path for that assistant. It is not a replacement for Simpro and it does not write data back to Simpro.
Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to it.
- You must not use the service to break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
- You must have the right to copy the Simpro documents you connect, including personal information in those documents.
Simpro access
You give us a Simpro host and API key so we can read the documents you asked us to copy. You must have authority to issue that key. If Simpro or a host of the build revokes the key, the copy we already hold stays available to browse and export; new documents stop arriving.
Your data
The copy is yours. We use it only to provide the service, as our Privacy Policy describes. You can export or delete it as described on our data deletion page.
What we do not promise
We copy every document the Simpro API will give us. We do not promise a restore into Simpro, a migration onto another job system, or that every attachment file is held. The product is a readable copy, not a migration.
Assistants
If you connect your own AI assistant to the copy, you are responsible for that assistant and for reviewing anything it produces before you rely on it.
Fees
Fees, if any, are set out on your plan. We give at least 30 days’ notice of a fee change. Without an active subscription the copy still browses and still exports; the sync stops.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or at once if you breach these terms. On ending, we delete your data as our Privacy Policy describes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
