# TradieBridge

> TradieBridge backs up Simpro, Xero, Verizon Connect, Deputy, Employment Hero, The Fleet Office, Dialpad, Moveware and ELMO into one copy an Australian trade business owns, and lets Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP assistant answer questions from it. - Sources: Simpro (jobs, quotes, invoices, timesheets, customers, stock and more), Xero (invoices, bills, payments, bank transactions, contacts, Australian payroll), Verizon Connect Reveal (vehicles, locations, trips, GPS history, inspections), Deputy (timesheets, rosters, staff, leave and pay rules), Employment Hero (employees, leave, timesheets, rosters and HR records from the HR platform; pay runs, payslips and pay categories from Employment Hero Payroll), The Fleet Office (assets, locations, prestarts, GPS history, utilisation and timesheets), Dialpad (calls with recording and voicemail links, AI transcripts, contacts, users, call centres and phone numbers; not text messages or audio files), Moveware (removal jobs and customers, with quotes, invoices, inventory, diary, waybills and storage accounts and items; not file or image contents), ELMO (people and employment details, departments, locations, positions, leave types and requests, legal entities, payroll cycles, onboarding and recruitment candidates; read only, and assistants never read tax file numbers, bank details or birth dates).
- Access: only each system's official API, with access the customer authorises (an API key, a sign-in they approve, or API credentials the system issues).
- Read-only today: TradieBridge doesn't change anything in Simpro, Xero or any source system. It never deletes a record from its copy when a source drops it.
- Zapier: a TradieBridge app for Zapier with two triggers, New Record and Updated Record, and one search, Find Record, over every source. It reads the copy with a company API key and never writes to a source.
- AI access: an MCP server at https://app.tradiebridge.com/mcp, with OAuth sign-in. Works in Claude, ChatGPT (with Developer mode), Microsoft Copilot Studio, Grok Bot, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code, Gemini CLI and any MCP client that supports remote servers with OAuth. Inside TradieBridge an assistant can read the backup, start syncs and exports, and send feedback.
- Exports: JSON, CSV and Postgres. After cancelling, the backup stays browsable and exportable.
- Not yet included: attachment files.
- Hosting: DigitalOcean. The business owns its copy.
